Chapter 2178: Damn! It’s been reviewed again!!!

The dispute between the Yellow-Eyed Devil and the Winchester family started from the family of Mary Winchester, Winchester's mother.

This family is a demon hunter family with a long history in the New World. It is said that it can be traced back to the legendary demon hunter Samuel Colt... Yes, that very famous Colt! Samuel Colt was born on July 1814, 7 and died at the age of 19. During his lifetime, he firmly believed that the weapon he invented that did not require reloading would be a huge success around the world. Regarding Colt's achievements, some historians in the 47th century commented: Colt's invention changed the course of history.

Dating back to after the American Civil War, there was a well-known saying in the United States at that time: "Lincoln gave all slaves freedom, and Colt gave these slaves equality." This was a high evaluation of Colt by the American people, and it was also the most beautiful "music" Colt heard in his lifetime.

He made contributions to the invention and manufacture of weapons. For example, the Colt revolver was the most famous firearm in the late 19th century. In the more than years since its introduction, the number of revolvers, rifles and other types of weapons produced under the name of Colt has reached million (most of these weapons were produced in the Hartford factory in Connecticut, USA). No other weapons company can match it. Colt created a legend in the history of small arms. To this day, no inventor can compare with Colt in both reputation and wealth.

Colt's inspiration for designing revolver weapons came from an idea he had when he was a sailor. During a voyage, young Colt discovered that the capstan mechanism on the ship was similar to the working principle of firearms. Therefore, in his spare time at sea, he carved this idea into a set of wooden revolvers. This revolver principle is not only applicable to long weapons such as rifles, but also to small weapons worn on the body.

Samuel Colt was born on July 1814, 7 (Note 19) in Hartford, Connecticut. He was the son of textile factory owner Christopher Colt and his wife Sarah.

By visiting his father's factory in Vail, Massachusetts, and helping out on nearby farms, the young Colt became curious about the mechanics of the world around him, often disassembling objects - including his father's guns - to find out what was going on. At 16, he enrolled at Amherst College in Massachusetts to study navigation. But his cynicism led to his expulsion from school. So his father gave him a chance to learn navigation skills on the spot, sending him aboard the Corvo, a ship that sailed at sea for nearly a year in 1830. Aboard the Corvo, Colt became fascinated by the ship's steering wheel, especially the way it could be rotated alternately or locked in a specific position through the use of a clutch. He transplanted this controlled rotation method to the firearm, allowing a single-shot pistol to fire multiple rounds in rapid succession. During the sea voyage, Colt carved a set of six-barrel magazines, locking pins and hammers out of wood. This prototype pistol used multiple rotating barrels, which Colt replaced with a rotating magazine with multiple cylinders in later versions to reduce the weight and size of the gun. After returning from his expedition, Colt spent two years touring North America under the name Dr. Coulter, where he promoted the benefits of nitrous oxide (laughing gas). The profits from his promotional skills enabled him to perfect his revolver mechanism and hired a gunsmith to build a series of prototypes.

In 1836, Colt established his first weapons manufacturing plant in Paderson, New Jersey, USA, and soon became one of the fastest growing weapons manufacturing companies in the United States at that time. At the age of 22, Colt became the company's chief operating officer and product designer. Soon, Colt developed three different types of revolvers - pocket pistols, belt pistols and large-size pistols in holsters. At the same time, he also developed two rifles: one of which was hammer-fired and the other was lever-fired. All models of guns are loaded with gunpowder and bullets in the chamber of the revolver, and the percussion cap is designed on the outside of the chamber. When firing, pull the trigger and the hammer hits the percussion cap. Although the weapons using this new principle have a qualitative leap compared to the old weapons, due to the users' dependence on the original products at that time, these weapons were unsalable after leaving the factory. Fortunately, the US government at that time purchased a small number of lever-fired rifles, but the total number sold was less than 3. In 100, the company in Padson finally collapsed, so Colt turned his business to selling waterproof ammunition and mines for harbor defense to the government, and signed a sales agreement with Moss, the inventor of waterproof ammunition and mines.

In 1845, the U.S. National Cavalry and the Texas Rangers joined forces to fight a fierce battle with local Indians. In this battle, the National Cavalry and the Rangers successfully used Colt's weapons and won a great victory. This success impressed the officials of the U.S. War Department. Therefore, when the Mexican War broke out in 1846, Captain Walker of the U.S. Army found Colt and worked with him to design a new revolver with greater power.

Within a week after the successful design of the new gun, the U.S. Ordnance Department ordered thousands of them. Colt named the gun "Walker" revolver after his collaborator. In 1855, Colt established the Colt Patent Firearms Manufacturing Company in Connecticut. In 1856, Colt's company had reached a production of 150 guns per day. Its products were sold all over the world and won a high reputation for its excellent quality and superb craftsmanship. Colt himself also became one of the top ten business tycoons in the United States at that time. In recognition of his support for the government, the Connecticut government awarded him an honorary title.

As the demand for Colt weapons grew, Colt engraved exquisite patterns on weapon gifts and display weapons, and inlaid them with valuable gold and silver decorations. In fact, Colt has always preferred to engrave and inlay gold and silver ornaments on weapons. It is precisely because of this feature and its superior quality that Colt weapons became the first choice for gifts to heads of state at that time. In 1860, on the eve of the outbreak of the American Civil War, the demand for weapons increased rapidly. Colt continued to send weapons to the United States in the southern region. As long as the troops needed them, they would be shipped as soon as possible. By the end of 1861, Colt was still operating at full capacity. On January 1862, 1, Samuel Colt unfortunately died young at the age of 10, but he produced more than 47 weapons during his lifetime. His real estate is worth $40 million, equivalent to $1500 million in the 1990s, making him a top tycoon.

But what no one knows is that this guy has a hidden identity, that is, he is a legendary demon hunter!

John Winchester's diary clearly recorded that in 1835, when Halley's Comet passed through the sky, some people died in the Alamo that night, all because of the devil! So Samuel Colt built a special pistol for the devil hunter on horseback, which had only 13 bullets. He kept this gun with him for 6 years before he disappeared.

This gun can kill demons!

And on the day when the comet passed through the sky, Mary Winchester's ancestor died on that day.

Her ancestors were companions of Colt.

From that time on, Mary's family had been entangled with the Yellow-Eyed Demon, but to be honest, the Yellow-Eyed Demon didn't have any special feelings about this. After all, he had seen so many enemies, including families that had been entangled with him for hundreds of years, so this was nothing.

But things started to change in Mary's generation.

You must know that the more you fight against the devil, the more you will realize how evil creatures they are. They will never have feelings like mercy or friendship. They have nothing but evil. Making deals with them is undoubtedly the stupidest thing to do, which will hurt both others and yourself!

But in order to save Mary, Mary's father broke the family rules and made a deal with the yellow-eyed devil, exchanging one life for another.

But in fact, it put Mary into the devil's sight. After all, in a sense, Mary also belongs to the devil.

The devil's concept of time is different from that of humans. He originally planned to take Mary back when he felt like it... There is no way you can avoid being cheated when making a deal with the devil!

But I didn't expect Mary to take the initiative to find it!

It is both easy and difficult to make a deal with the devil in this world.

The whole ceremony doesn’t need to be complicated.

All you have to do is find a crossroads, prepare a black cat bone, put it in a box filled with cemetery soil, put your own photo in it, and you're done.

Of course, if it were that easy, I don’t know how many people would go and make deals with the devil. After all, no matter what era, there are many people who succumb to desires, and there are many people who ignore tomorrow for today! Just like spending money forward, enjoy it first and then talk about it!

It's not easy because there are few demons... After all, there is a great guardian, so not many demons, whether they are strong or weak, can come. Secondly, demons are also very picky, and they are not willing to trade with just anyone.

Souls have clear value in the eyes of demons. They have managed to smuggle into Earth, so naturally they want to maximize their profits. Ordinary people's souls are better than nothing, with little benefit and the same risk as high-quality souls. Why would they take the risk to collect those ordinary souls that are of no use?

Those who are pure, strong, full of sacrifice and dedication, and full of obsession, in short, those who stand out with a distinctive soul are their favorites.

Mary is not only an enemy of the yellow-eyed devil, but also has a soul full of love and persistence.

This is undoubtedly the kind of soul that the devil likes the most.

More importantly, the incident itself is full of drama.

Mary's father finally exchanged his life for another's and made a deal with the devil to save Mary. But Mary, knowing full well that she couldn't make a deal with the devil, ignored her father's sacrifice and chose to sacrifice herself in order to save her boyfriend... This kid is a witcher family!

The full sense of irony and fate made Azazel particularly excited!

Then Azazel began to pay attention to this family, and then it was John, a young man from a small town who knew nothing, who unexpectedly became a veteran demon hunter because of Mary's death. Azazel was not afraid of John, but he really couldn't bear to kill John. He always felt that this family would definitely bring him unexpected gains.

Sure enough, it was soon John’s turn to sell his soul in exchange for the resurrection of his eldest son!

Another wonderful irony, isn't it?

But the situation changed after Dean and Sam found the legendary demon hunting gun Colt.

That cursed weapon can really kill demons!

The demons once wanted to destroy the weapon, so they killed Colt! They possessed Colt's wife and family and killed Colt, but they couldn't find the weapon!

In 1864, a fire broke out at Colt's office and some nearby offices, destroying a large amount of information and Colt's belongings. For the next three years, the company was out of production except for assembling military products. It is said that no one knew how the fire started!

Until the Wen brothers found the hidden weapon.

When Colt created the gun, he knew that he would die in the hands of the devil, so in order to prevent this best weapon from falling into the hands of the devil, he hid it long ago. And he didn't let anyone know, he only left some clues to his fellow demon hunters as insurance!

He originally planned to continue improving his skills, and he wanted to mass-produce this weapon that could kill demons.

Unfortunately, the devil is not stupid either!

Someone has been watching Colt!

Seeing that Colt was about to succeed and unable to find the first demon hunting gun, he simply destroyed Colt humanely!

But now the Wen brothers have found the cursed gun, and the yellow-eyed demon has a deep hatred for the Wen brothers, so they dare not play anymore.

He is not afraid of being expelled. He has been wandering on Earth for so many years and has a solid foundation. Even if he is expelled, it will not cause him any serious harm. At most, he can go back to his hometown and then return to Earth!

But if you get hit by a demon hunting rifle, it’s all over!

But the Wen brothers are not easy to mess with. In addition, the existence of the Great Guardian makes Azazel cautious and he can only deal with the Wen brothers within a certain range. But now the Great Guardian is ineffective!

There's nothing more to say! Just kill them first!
