Chapter 222 Azure-Eyed Chaos Dragon

Di Xing suddenly remembered a question. Kaiba must be using the Blue-Eyes White Dragon deck. He had seen the information before he transmigrated and learned that Konami had released some enhanced Blue-Eyes White Dragon cards (if those enhanced cards were too weak, Di Xing's nickname would change back to Konami). So, does Kaiba have those cards now?

The strategy is completely different depending on whether you have the Blue-Eyes card or not, so let's test it out first.

I discard one Dragon-Type Tuner Monster with 1000 or less ATK from my hand to activate this effect, draw two cards from my Deck, discard 'Legendary White Stone,' and when 'Legendary White Stone' goes to the Graveyard, I add one Blue-Eyes White Dragon from my Deck to my hand."

"Then I activate [Dragon Awakening Melody], discard one card from my hand, and add up to two Dragon-Type monsters from my deck with ATK ≥ 3000 and DEF ≤ 2500 to my hand. I discard [Ancient White Stone] and add [Blue-Eyes White Dragon] and [Blue-Eyes Sub-White Dragon] to my hand."

This combo looks so familiar. Next up, I guess I'll special summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon?

Slightly different from the Blue-Eyes White Dragon, this white dragon, clad in armor and shimmering with blue light, soared into the sky.

Di Xing scrutinizes the Blue-Eyes White Dragon, which can be Special Summoned by revealing 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your hand to your opponent. While it exists on the field or in the Graveyard, its card name is treated as "Blue-Eyes White Dragon". Furthermore, once per turn, you can target 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy that monster, and it cannot attack during the turn you activate this effect.

Di Xing felt the only imperfection was the translation of the card name. The word "Alternative" can mean alternative, unconventional, or unorthodox, so it should be translated as "Blue-Eyes White Dragon," which sounds much cooler.

Wow, that's really strong! It's a Blue-Eyes White Dragon deck, but it seems to be the pre-buff version of the White Dragon. The Bone Dragon deck should still be a force to be reckoned with.

"My turn!" When Di Xing placed his hand on the card, he suddenly felt a new power. Was it because his synchronization rate with Sisyphus had increased? Or had Konami, known for its dualistic nature, released a buff?
