I woke up at four in the morning today with a terrible stomachache and endured it until dawn before going to the hospital.

A stomach ulcer.

The doctor said it was due to an irregular schedule, irregular eating habits, and drinking too much coffee.

Alas!

My writing isn't great, but I've accumulated a bunch of health problems.

I'm very sorry, but I have to take a day off today.
