unfortunately, the problems on the plane weren't over yet when garrof and lory returned, he heard lloyd's voice from the speakers asking them to come to the pilot's cockpit asap.

lory and garrof rush to the cockpit, garrof storms to the cockpit hurriedly "what else is the problem?" garrof is half shouting.

however, lloyd took over the co-pilot seat while the original co-pilot passed out on the back seat with the flight attendant taking care of him.

"what the hell is going on?" garrof was bewildered.

"why is he fainted?" lory perplexed.

the stewardess was embarrassed not to dare to raise her head, it was lloyd's chuckle that broke the awkward silence "the young man can't handle the pressure so he fainted" the senior pilot clamped his mouth shut not knowing how to refute, garrof looked at the fainted co-pilot and then snorted derisively "ha, kid!"

" so, there is good and bad news" lloyd abruptly said.

lory brushed her hair exasperatedly "what is the bad news?"

"okay, the bad news is the plane's propeller on the left is damaged also we got fuel leaked because of the repeated attack from the wyvern, so we had to make an emergency landing, like right now!"

"again!" garrof was befuddled, the last time they got on a plane they also had a crash landing, and now this!

"what's the good news?" there was a steady calm in her eyes.

"the airport is near, that's it..." lloyd smiled wryly.

"it's still an emergency landing! could the plane hold on?" garrof calculated the damage on the plane and worried the plane would explode the moment it touched the ground.

"that's why we will need a barrier so the airplane body will not break apart when landing, by the way, since it can't get any worse i just found out one of the plane wheels is not functioning..." lloyd gives an apologetic grin.

"you right, it cannot get worse than this," lory makes a sarcastic retort.

"see the bright side, at least we don't need to jump from the airplane" garrof forced a smile.

lory throws death a glare "someone will have to buy me three layers of macaroon's tower cake after this!"

"aye, sir!" garrof and lloyd give firm salutes.

"come on soldier!" lory pulled garrof with her.

"just do it, we can't die here!" he said heavily.

"very well then" lory sighed thinking she wasted too long in useless argument, "i make a barrier on the front, garrof you take care of the left wing while the other divide between the right wing and the back!" lory's voice was etched with authority.

nora harrumphed as she left with milly to the back while liam and angela created a barrier for the right wing, lory chose the front because the heaviest burden would be at the front and to the left of the plane, therefore, this had to be handled by powerful gifted people like lory and garrof. as they all set up a barrier to keep the plane from falling apart in pieces people at the airport received an announcement about permission for the emergency landing of a special plane full of celebrities that had been awaited by a lot of people immediately the whole airport turned into a mess.

immediately, the security team, rescue team, officers, reporters, and the company that organized this shooting, namely voss magazine, charged together to the airport to handle the situation. the chaos was apparent it could only described as madness.

"we got sight of the plane! aircraft rescue get on your way!" the people in the control tower give strict orders.

the rescue team driving a fire truck together with strong water experts drove towards the plane runway and then pumped foam on the plane's path while water-gifted people were prepared to use water to withstand the impact and also the possibility of fire that might happen, elsewhere there wind gifted people standby.

in other places, several wind carriers were on standby in the tower, preparing to control the wind around the plane so that the plane did not dive too fast.

a moment after that felt like an eternity, the plane's speed slowly slowed down until it finally stopped and everyone fell silent. they weren't sure whether they were still alive or not.

abruptly the main door was broken open from the outside, not long after a man in uniform appeared then he called "is everyone okay?"

there was a long silence in the plane before cheers erupted replacing the sombre atmosphere with complete joy and relief. liam and his friends knelt looking very exhausted. when everyone's attention was diverted, lory and garrof exchanged knowing glances then they slipped into the back of the plane to the cargo door where not long after, lloyd followed then the three of them exited through the cargo door.

the ice blue-eyed man nodded his head to express his gratitude to one of the medics who covered his shoulders with a warm blanket, he took a sip of hot tea from a paper cup and then walked out of the chaotic crowd, next to him a dark-skinned man walked beside him, the dark skin man didn't show much expression as if he wasn't the person who had previously been in the plane crash.

the man's blue eyes swept the area around him before his friend called him "sean, who are you looking for?"

sean swept his gaze around him then his expression tightened afterwards he muttered "andre did you see her.."

"who?" "the female hunter and her companion that handle the wyvern flock," sean said.
